We aim to describe products accurately, including handmade and personalized pieces. Small natural variations in color, texture, or finish can occur because many items are made by hand.

Product pages on this website are for browsing and inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed with you personally on WhatsApp after customization, sizing, and order details are agreed. Amounts are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed for your specific order — along with any shipping — is the price that applies to that purchase.

Sending an inquiry or discussing a piece on WhatsApp does not by itself create a confirmed order. We may confirm, decline, or contact you to clarify details (for example customization feasibility, timing, or address information). An order is accepted when we agree on details, pricing, and any required advance payment with you.

Custom and personalized items are prepared based on the details you provide. Please review spelling, dates, colors, and reference images carefully before we begin production. Once work has started, changes may not be possible.

You are responsible for customization text and reference images you submit. Do not send content you do not have permission to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing. We may decline requests that we cannot reasonably produce.

Payment methods and schedules are agreed with you after your order details and final pricing are confirmed — typically via WhatsApp or direct follow-up. Options may include Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer when offered for your order. See Payment Information.

Orders are fulfilled for delivery within Pakistan. Processing and delivery timing are described in our Shipping Policy.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will let you know whether cancellation is still possible based on how far processing or custom work has progressed.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds page. Personalized products may have limited return options.

Site content, branding, product photography, and designs belonging to Trendy Creations remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Customer-supplied artwork remains subject to the rights of its owners.

Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the storefront, misuse upload features, or submit harmful or fraudulent information.
