How ordering works
Browse products on the website, share your requirements on WhatsApp, and discuss customization, availability, and final pricing with our team. Payment is arranged once your order details are confirmed — not through a public checkout price on this site.
Available methods
When your order is confirmed, we may offer payment options such as:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Direct Bank Transfer
The methods available to you depend on your order type and what we have agreed with you in writing or on WhatsApp. We do not display fixed checkout prices on this storefront.
Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is offered for a confirmed order, payment is made in cash when your order is delivered. Please keep the agreed amount ready when possible. COD remains subject to order acceptance and delivery to your address.
Direct Bank Transfer
If you choose Direct Bank Transfer, instructions and account details are provided after your order is confirmed — for example via WhatsApp or order follow-up from our team.
We do not publish bank account numbers on this page. Your order may remain unpaid until the transfer is received and confirmed.
Advance payment
Many handmade and custom pieces require an advance payment before production begins. The amount and schedule are agreed with you personally. See our Shipping & Payment Policy for more detail on made-to-order work.
